Weights will be used as follows 1. 95/65 2.115/85 3.135/95 4.155/105 5.185/125 Every 5 Minutes Teams will complete 30/20 Calorie Row 20 Toes to Bar before they begin lifting. 0:00, 5:00, 10:00, 15:00, 20:00 and 25:00 For every rep not completed one second will be added to final score.
