Mon, 7/30/2018 CrossFit 4 Rounds for time: 400m Run 3 Rope Climbs - No Legs for Gentlemen 20 Alt DB Snatch 50/35 Sit Ups 1 Minute Push Press 3-3-3 2-2-2-2 1-1-1-1-1 Build up each set and work up to a Heavy Single.
