WOD

The WOD is up! Sat, 4/29/2017 TeamWOD Wod 1 - THE CHIPPER RX 80 ALTERNATING WB 20 TO 10/9, 60 TOTAL CTBPU 40 SYNCHRONIZED PISTOLS 20 KB SNATCH EACH 20 KB SNATCH EACH 53/35 SCALED 80 ALTERNATING WB 10 TO 10/9, 60 TOTAL Horizontal pull-ups 40 SYNCHRONIZED JUMP LUNGES 20 KB SNATCH EACH 35/26 10 minute cap - for synchronized reps, both athletes must pass below parallel/touch knee simultaneously for rep to be good. For horizontal pull-up, a bar will be placed in rack at waist height of taller partner and feet must be beyond tape mark on floor. Rep starts at full arm extension and ends when chest meets bar. -------------------------------------------- Wod 2 - DEAD TO RIGHTS Each partner completes: 50 deadlifts total TTB(split however) RX 500m row 100 DU’s 50 Deadlifts 275/175 30 Toes 2 Bar SCALED 500m row 200 singles 50 Deadlifts 205/125 30 Knee raises 8 min cap - for deadlift, one partner works while the other performs static hold at the top of the rep at full knee/hip extension.
