WOD

The WOD is up! Mon, 9/10/2018 CrossFit The Total Fitness Challenge begins today! Hope you all did a good amount of meal prep for the week! Week 1 Feats of Strength! 3 Minute Blind Calorie Row. Athletes will have 3 Minutes to Row as Many Calories as Possible. The screen will be down the entire time where you will be unable to see where you are at. Athletes will start in the rower with the handle in the rack. When time is called, athletes must stop rowing. All Athletes will have the entire week to submit their best score. Good Luck!
